Our team members recently attended the EntreLeadership virtual Summit. One of my biggest takeaways from this incredible 3-day multi speaker event was Dave Ramsey and Craig Groeshcel talking about sharing the “why” with your team and prior to change. Craig says to “lead with the why” while Dave says “tell them the why, they will self-motivate.
