2 cups beef broth
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
3/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/3 cup soy sauce
Place a 3-4 pound roast in a crock pot. Combine above ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low about 8 hours. Remove roast and thicken remaining juice with cornstarch and water to make a delicious gravy. Slice roast and enjoy with mashed potatoes!
